Aiden's Weighted Blanket

My SIL asked if I'd be willing to make my nephew, Aiden, a weighted blanket. I've had it on my Pinterest list of things to try for a long time, so I jumped at the chance. Dar shipped the pellets to me from Amazon, I got the Pokemon and red minky fabric and got to it.

I used this tutorial as a guide. I had some left over white fabric, so I used it as the "backing" and then put the actual backing on. I had enough fabric to make a pillow, so that was an added bonus for Aiden.

They came over on Easter & I got to give it to Aiden. He seemed to really like it!
